Logistics - Buffalo
Location
The OVS Disaster Mental Health Preparedness Training - Buffalo Basic Cohort will take place at the Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBORCENTER, located at 95 Main St, Buffalo, NY 14203.
Lodging
Participants are responsible for securing their own lodging for this event. OVS is offering a hotel block at the venue. Deadline to make the group block rate is 9/27/2026.
Transportation and Parking
Participants are responsible for securing their own transportation for this event.
Per-hotel Guidelines: Day-parking is for $5 per vehicle and day valet parking is $15 per vehicle. Overnight is separate and available for $20 for self-parking and $25 for valet.
Food
Meals will be provided as outlined on the DMHPT Agenda. Participants are responsible for any meals not listed. Dietary restrictions should be noted at the time of registration.
